Apart from the marketing of properties for sale or rental, we are also the real estae agent in the Site Acquisition for Telecommunications’ Base Stations for DiGi Telecommunication Bhd, Sapura Research Sdn Bhd (subsidiary of Sapura Bhd) and Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
Project Marketing
We have in our organisation a group of negotiators for the marketing of properties for sale and rental.
Among project that we have been involved are such as:-
- The marketing of terrace and semi-detached houses in Taman Lukut Makmur, Lukut in Port Dickson for Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB).
- The marketing of high end bungalows i.e. Tujuh D’Wangsa City Bungalows in Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur for Utama Lodge Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary company of See Hoy Chan Berhad
Site Acquisition For Telecommunications’ Base Stations
We have working experiences in the Site Acquisition (SA) for DiGi Telecommunications Berhad, Sapura Research Sdn Bhd, Maxis Berhad and Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
The members of the Site Acquisition team are property negotiators with vast experiences in site acquisition serving Maxis Berhad, DiGi Telecommunications Berhad, Sapura Research Sdn Bhd and Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
