We also have an understanding and cooperation as a joint venture partner in property management services with a local established building maintenance contractor i.e. Gemilang Maintenance Services Sdn Bhd.  The company has been awarded the Privatisation of Building Maintenance Support Services for Federal Government Buildings in Perak, Pulau Pinang, Kedah, Perlis, Sabah and Labuan for a period of 10 years + 5 years effective March 2001
